New Jersey PTA 108th Annual Convention

Monday and Tuesday, November 10-11, 2008

This year’s NJPTA Convention marks a return to Bally’s and a return to a weekday event. Bally’s expanded convention facilities offer room for many exciting events and activities, all conveniently located on one floor.
The first day of Convention, Monday, November 10 will feature two sessions of workshops, an orientation for first-time attendees, dedicated time to visit the exhibit hall, the popular Idea Sharing Luncheon, the opening General Session, Regional Breakouts and the Awards Banquet, where our local PTAs will be honored for their achievements in the 2007-08 school year.
Tuesday, November 11, the second day of Convention, will feature Coffee with the President, where local PTA presidents will have the opportunity to meet and chat with NJPTA President Diane Zierler and with the National PTA representative, the Second General Session, additional time for visiting the exhibits, two sessions of workshops, the final general session and an evening closing event with a new twist. Also on Tuesday’s crowded schedule are the 25-Year Group Luncheon and the Alumni Group meeting.

Convention Sponsorship
Opportunities

Sponsorship offers extra publicity for your company by having your name and logo prominently displayed at the 108^th Annual NJPTA Convention and by having your own materials made available to attendees. We have several sponsorship packages that provide visibility for your organization. Included are:

Display of your company’s banner
A display ad in the convention program book or the awards program book
Distribution of your company’s literature/promotional items
Priority location for a booth in the exhibit hall

Sponsorships will be accepted through October 30, 2008, however to insure inclusion of a display ad in the convention program, a commitment would be needed by July 31, 2008. New Jersey PTA is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization.

The Bally's Atlantic City hotel Convention rate of $110 plus applicable fees and taxes per night will be available for three nights: November 9, 10 and 11. Make your reservations now by calling
